General Terms

At FidoAmico, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain products may have specific return requirements due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products (engraved collars, monogrammed items, etc.)
  • Opened or used pet beds and houses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided upon request)

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting customer service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
